The video camera FotoFinder medicam 500 and its patented micro lens take both, clinical and microscopic images. The camera is completely controlled by software for consistent settings and therefore good comparability of images. Thanks to the integrated LED ring light and the distance holder close-up images are taken easy and fast. For a good illumination of clinical images, the camera is additionally equipped with a floodlight.
For overview images the micro lens is detached from FotoFinder medicam 500.

Micro Lens
The patented micro lens for dermoscopy offers 20X to 70X magnification with auto focus for all magnification levels. LED lights provide uniform illumination of the viewing area. The closed contact glass tube can be taken off for cleaning. An open glass tube for elevated lesions or a conical glass tube for lesions between fingers or toes are also available.
